Library

MIET library is well equipped with text and reference books by both Indian and Foreign authors. Print plus online abstracting and indexing and full text periodicals, CD-ROM databases, technical reports, standards and thesis are important parts of this collection. The library is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 midnight on weekdays and 9:00 am to 5:30 pm on Sunday and Gazzetted holidays, and for 24 hours during the three examinations each semester.

Canteen

The canteen, centrally located on the campus, is in addition to the co-operative mess facility attached to the hostels. Various types of food including North and South Indian meals are available catering to different tastes and preferences, at subsidized rates. The canteen provides lunch for all the students & staffs during the lunch hours.

MIET offers 3nos. of scholarships to selected students on the basis of merit cum means.

Hostel

MIET hostels for boys and girls have excellent amenities for comfortable living of the students. Each hostel is provided with TV, News dailies, Magazines, Acqua guard water and other basic amenities. Round the clock supervision & security is the priority. The hostels are regularly visited by the institute doctor. Study hours is maintained by faculties from 7.00 PM to 8.30 PM everyday.
